Global Education Center is closing out its 29th year of bringing the arts of the world to our community. We are often called a "hidden gem" in this city because we honor the diversity of our community, but we also honor the privacy of our families, our artists, our community members. Their stories are theirs to share. However, for the past 29 years, we have created a space that is truly home for all. Whether we are hosting events at our own site or working in schools or out in the community, we know that creating a sense of home has nothing to do with where we are - in has everything to do with the love for community and respect for all that we hold in our hearts. As funding for the arts and for cultural diversity programming is disappearing, we hope that our community will understand the necessity for organizations like our beloved Global Education Center and will step up with donations of any size to help keep our programming rolling and growing.
To that end, we have some great events planned in December for our year-end giving campaign, launching on Giving Tuesday, December 2, 2025. All of the activities are donation-based - give what you can and then join us to give it your all!!!
And don't forget to join us for our annual Festival of Lights event on December 6 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm
